First, know that you can reach out to us by phone at anytime. We do not charge for phone consultations. We would love to learn more about your dog, any problems you may be having, and the potential for solutions.

A common first step is for owners to fill out a request for a free evaluation. The form is fairly short, and provides room to tell us about your dog. We usually follow up with a call the same day.

Whether you reach out by phone or online form, we set aside two time slots for same day evaluations. As as we often help owners who urgently need solutions, we also leave open slots for same-day enrollments. If you have urgent needs, we are here to help!
